Do I need to download or install any software?
No. konexall is a cloud-based integration platform as a service (iPaaS), so there’s nothing to download or install.
Do I need any programming, coding or technical knowledge?
No. konexall walks you through the easy steps of configuring the platform in our cloud-based portal.
Do we have to enter data or update konexall?
Once it’s set up, no. You work in your current software, and konexall does the rest.
I don’t see my software listed. Does this mean I can’t use konexall?
No. konexall will create the link for you: contact us and ask us to create the connection.
Do I still have to pay Ecotrak, ServiceChannel and Corrigo their monthly fees?
You will no longer pay Ecotrak their monthly fees. ServiceChannel and Corrigo still require you to pay their fees at this time.
