Corrigo integration
When a customer runs Corrigo, every visit has to be checked in, checked out and documented there too. konexall does it from your field service software: change the job’s status, and Corrigo is updated.

-
Check in, pause and check out
Map each job status to Check In, Pause or Check Out / Complete. konexall reads the work order in Corrigo first, so most refusals are caught before anything is sent, and you’re told why in plain words.
-
A message with each status
Add a message to any status mapping, and konexall posts it on the work order for your customer to see.
-
Send Notes
Job notes marked customer-visible are posted to the work order as Corrigo messages your customer can see. Internal notes stay internal.
-
Send Attachments
Photos and files marked public are uploaded to the work order, up to Corrigo’s 20 MB limit.
Your field service software
konexall works with Simpro today. It adds a custom field, konexall Third Party, to your Simpro customers: set it to Corrigo on each customer whose work comes through Corrigo. Put the Corrigo work order number in the job’s Order No., exactly as Corrigo shows it (for example, CH005000568). konexall finds work orders created in the last 180 days.

Questions
Can konexall check in a work order that hasn’t been accepted?
No. Corrigo only allows a check-in once the work order is accepted. Accept it in Corrigo first; if a check-in can’t go through, konexall tells you why.
Does the check-out fill in repair codes or equipment?
No. konexall completes the work order without completion details. If your customer’s Corrigo requires repair codes or other details at check-out, that work order needs checking out in Corrigo.
Can konexall create jobs from Corrigo work orders?
Not yet. Today konexall sends your updates to Corrigo. Creating jobs is available for ServiceChannel; contact us if you need it for Corrigo.
Do I still pay Corrigo’s fees?
Yes. Corrigo still requires you to pay their fees at this time.
